Hello! My name is Ste, and I have been in the driving industry For 5 years, I worked as a driving instructor, franchised with the AA. During this time, I gained valuable experience working with learners of all ages and backgrounds, helping them learn to drive safely and confidently on the road.
My teaching style incorporates both theory coaching and practical support to provide a well-rounded education for my students. I am patient, enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring that my students receive the best driving education possible.
Over the years, I have developed a keen sense of understanding when it comes to the needs of different learners, and I tailor my teaching strategies accordingly. My expertise in driving and my friendly demeanor make me a favorite among my students, who often appreciate the ease with which I make them comfortable behind the wheel
After my time as a driving instructor, I quickly moved into instructor training, where I found great joy in helping others become skilled driving instructors themselves. The sense of satisfaction I get from seeing new instructors succeed and thrive in their profession is truly rewarding.
I also have a passion for helping disabled drivers gain their motoring independence through high-tech Motability vehicles. Through my work in this area, I have been able to give people with disabilities the freedom and confidence to travel independently and live their lives to the fullest.
Beyond my experience as a driving instructor and instructor trainer, I am also a qualified fleet trainer. This means that I am able to provide expert training to fleet vehicle drivers helping them stay safe on the road and maintain their professionalism.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family socialising with friends and exploring new places.
